Pet Recovery is open 24 hours a day

Members should always remember:
1) Keep your pet's Guardian Collar tag on them at all times.
2) Call to report lost tags immediately. Replacement tags are
free of charge and processed the same day.
3) When your pet is lost notify us immediately. Speed is very
important in the recovery process.
4) Register new pets as soon as you get them home.

Membership Database

The online access to your database is currently unavailable due
to increasing security needs. The new database is expected
late this year. Please call Member Services for any member
